MoMA Exhibition Salutes Tim Burton

The Museum of Modern Art here in New York City is planning an exciting exhibition about Tim Burton.  The show, a career retrospective of the director and producer, will open on November 22, 2009, and run through April 26, 2010.  More than 700 drawings, paintings, costumes, and props by the quirky film artist will be on display.  There will also be multiple screenings of his films as well as movies that influenced and inspired him.

I will review the show when it opens.  Hope you all get the chance to see it if you're in town.  You may want to also read my last article about the films of Tim Burton if you haven't already.
