20 Years of IMDb

Twenty years ago, the Internet Movie Database was born.  It has since become the ultimate source for information about movies and television.

IMDb is a comprehensive goldmine of data about virtually every film and televised show ever made.  If you want to look up an actor's resume or a director's filmography or details about a specific motion picture or a certain screenwriter, the first place you should check is IMDb.

Most of the Web site is free with tons of info.  For a monthly fee you can access the Pro version, which includes contact information for agents, PR representatives, and a lot more.

There's a special section now to commerate the 20th anniversary.  Check it out while it's still up.
