Celebrity Apprentice 2011

A new season of Celebrity Apprentice begins this weekend, and it looks crazier than ever.  Donald Trump should forget about regular editions of the show with average no-name casts and simply stick to the celebrity versions.  Previous celeb winners have included Piers Morgan, Joan Rivers, and Bret Michaels.  Who will take the prize for charity (and the bragging rights) this time around?

The contestants include:

Gary Busey - actor. His charity is the Center for Head Injury Services.

Jose Canseco - former baseball player.  His charity is Baseball Assistance Team (B.A.T.)

David Cassidy - actor (The Partridge Family).  His charity is the Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation.

Hope Dworaczyk - model and host (Inside Fashion).  Her charity is Best Buddies.

Richard Hatch - reality TV star (Survivor).  His charity is Grassroot Soccer.

La Toya Jackson - singer.  Her charity is AIDS Project L.A.

Lil Jon - hip-hop artist.  His charity is the United Methodist Children's Home of North Georgia Conference.

Star Jones - former co-host of The View.  Her charity is the American Heart Association.

NeNe Leakes - reality TV star (Real Housewives of Atlanta).  Her charity is the Atlanta Union Mission in Support of My Sister's House.

Meat Loaf - singer and actor.  His charity is the Painted Turtle.

Marlee Matlin - Oscar-winning actress (Children of a Lesser God). Her charity is the Starkey Hearing Foundation.

Mark McGrath - singer of the band Sugar Ray and co-host of Extra.  His charity is Save the Music.

John Rich - bassist and singer of country band Lonestar.  His charity is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Lisa Rinna - former soap opera star and entertainment personality.  Her charity is the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Women's Cancer Research Fund.

Niki Taylor - model.  Her charity is the American Red Cross.

Dionne Warwick - singer.  Her charity is the Hunger Project.

Based on the coming attractions, it looks like it will certainly be a wacky season.
