Oscar Nominated Short Films 2013

The "Short Films" categories in the Academy Awards tend to serve as the tie-breakers in any Oscar Pool I participate in, since I rarely see any of the nominees. If you're in the same boat, and if you live in the New York area, you're in luck -- all of the 2013 Oscar Nominated Shorts will be shown during a marathon screening at the Irvington Town Hall Theater on Friday, February 15 at 7:30 p.m. For only a $9 admission, you have the chance to see over four hours of short movies, three of which will win the gold Academy Award, one of "Animated Short," one for "Live-Action Short," and one for "Documentary Short."
