Here in New York, the week between Christmas and New Year's Day is a gridlock mess. Schools are closed and many adults take off from work. It's the busiest week of the year for Broadway and many museums are packed. Stores are crowded with bargain hunters and folks trying to return gifts. Tourists jam into Manhattan to see the festive highlights of the season in NYC, especially the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. The crowds and traffic quadruple when the weather becomes milder as it was today in the low 50s. I picked a crazy day to do some Manhattan sightseeing with my family, but it was quite the adventure. :) Talk to you all soon when I have more time.
