Which Decade Had the Best Movies?

In order to help you make your decision before voting in my new poll, "Which decade had the best movies?" allow me to list a few notable films throughout the years.

I didn't include the 1910s because, according to the Library of Congress, only about 15% of feature films from the silent movies of that time survive today, (about 75% of all silent movies in those early decades have been lost), so how can you vote for something you haven't seen?  Here's what we do have to make an informed opinion (and there are plenty others in each decade to add to the list as you decide).
